got new paypal and refund has gone to a closed paypal account

Hi i recently had to set up a new paypal account due to the fact hackers had accessed my paypal spent £900.00 and closed the account.

An item that i had purchased had to be sent back after this had happened and the refund has been sent back to the old closed account has not credited my card

Phone paypal and see  if they can sort it out.

If it is in a closed account then it may revert to the buyer after 1 month
