Hi there, I made a purchase on the 19th February and it seems that somebody has messaged ebay requesting a refund for this item as its not been received. I checked my account and the item says that it was dispatched the day before and delivered the same day that I ordered it, which isn't possible. There was also a transcript of the chat where this person confirmed my order, name, email and telephone number! I've changed my password etc but I just wanted to know if anyone else has ever experienced this. I obviously need to get my money back as well. Any advice would be gratefully received.
