the scamer seller in china sent me a difrent item and i returned him it he refuesed to accept the

return and now the item is back to me

i paid 13 pound to return it to him because the scammer seller didnt give a return lable

1) dont tell me that im in israel because i tried to change that to uk and it doesnt let me (can somebody tell me how to change it successfully ?)

2) why i have to pay for the returning for wrong item the the scammer seller sent me ?

3)the scammer seller refuesed to accept the item and the item is on the way back to me (thats what the royal mail tracking say) the tracking status of ebay doesnt show that the scammer seller accepted it or refused to accep it 

so will i recieve refund ?

Make sure tracking is added to case, then escalate to ebay to sort, only has to show as attempted delivery to get refund (not your return postage).
