I purchased something on eBay which is not as described. It was advertised as 'new' and all items likr new but clearly aren't. The seller has agreed she has made a mistake and has agreed to a partial refund and said that I need to request this via eBay, but I can't find anyway of doing this. Can anyone help/advise? I have requested a refund via PayPal for the agreed amount as I paid for the item via PayPal originally, but she has cancelled my request and said that she will refund me but not outside of eBay. I'm frustrated and wish I'd never made the purchase, but will stick with it if I get the partial refund.

The seller should be able to issue a partial refund without return from that. If not you should escalate it to eBay after 3 working days.
