I have returned a parcel to the seller as requested by eBay to do. Royal mail tried to deliver on 18th of February and nobody answered. So the parcel is sat in sorting office, I believe the seller will not collect it as the would not refund me. What should I do please somebody help I've been scammed out of £240 pounds
eBay only usually require attempted delivery for returns so you should get your money back. If you haven't already escalated your case do that when you can, after 3 working days and they will enforce the refund. Go to the return case via the link on the ebay message or in Resolution Centre, click on Case Details > Respond to Case > Escalate This Case > Submit.
