  What have they done with the Paypal checkout?   I am tired of trying to pay for an item when all that happens is I'm sent to Paypal, it wants me to enter a mobile number because of some EU regulation, I choose 'not now' - and then . . . . nothing! Just a circle going round and round and getting nowhere!  I keep going back and trying again, but it's just the same, until in desperation I say something very regrettable about ebay and Paypal, and don't bother to buy the item I wanted. How is this helping anyone, buyer or seller?   To make matters even more irritating, five minutes later, I can pay for another item just as before, no problem.   This makes me wonder just who is responsible for this fiasco - ebay, Paypal or the seller?   Surely it can't be beyond the capability of somebody somewhere to sort this out - can it? I sent for some thing through click and collect. My messages said it had been delivered. I did not recive a email that it had been receaved . So I messaged the sellor who sent my a copy of the Royal mail saying a number but no bar code I called at the shop showed they refused and said they could not deal with this with out the bar code  ... Why do people not answer a question about an item they have for sale? I wanted to know the area an item had to be collected from but the seller never bothered to respond. HI fellow ebayers   I purchased a top costing £12.99 however it was too big. I started a return, the seller got back to me and said it wouldnt be worth my while sending it back ( I later found out it had been posted from China) - hence he wants to offer me a partial refund of £5.   I am not happy with this, can I insist on a full refund?  I cant wear the item       TIA   Jennifer     ... I bought a large rug last Sunday paid for it immediately and it subsequently  and dispatched promptly to DHL Depot , on the Tuesday I was informed it was on the van for delivery , three hours later I was informed because it was a large rug there would be a 24 hour delay and it would delivered on the 30th  September that was fine ... On Wednesday it was in the van and I was drop off  128 however  by 4.20 in the afternoon all tracking stopped and I learnt later it had gone back to depot “out of time” Thursdsy exactly the same at 5,20 tracking stopped back in the van and sent back to Runcorn  Friday it never left the depot, I contacted seller again  and asked what was going on he informed me it would arrive Saturday morning he assured me he was working hard to get the rug to me ......never arrived  Spoke  to e bay and DHL opened a case on E bay and spoke to DHL on their Facebook page  Today  I was formed by DHL that the seller has changed the address of my parcel  and it’s now going to an address in Liverpool 30 , they have refused to refund me saying I must return the rug when it arrived ...I explained if the rug arrived I wouldn’t be asking for a refund........ has anyone else had this and why would they change address m they have 100%feedback  but im wondering surely I’m not the only one who is having trouble with wither DHL or this seller I’ve never encountered anything like it .....put me off going back on e bay  ... i brought an item from a seller in leicestershire uk. the item was way to small for what i needed it for so i decided to send the item back for a refund. i messaged the seller asking for a returns address to leicestershire but got no responce. i decided to send the item bask to the returns addess on the packagimg that was an address in leicestershire. the seller got back to me after i sent it back and gave me an address to post it to address in hong kong. what a joke. i brought this item from a uk seller so why have i got to return it to hong kong as myhernes dont deliver to hong kong. i need to notify ebay of this seller but how do you talk to someone from ebay.?????? the item is in leicester and dont have my refund. ebayer 151008callium ... I am having trouble with my hermes. Their tracking shows delivered and signed for but I have not received my parcel.    I came home from work and found a note through my door saying that a parcel had been left in the bushes at the front of my house but could not find it. The bushes are about 1m deep, then there is a public footpath, on the other side of the path is a communal garden with seating.   There is no way of speaking with my hermes on the phone, I tried messaging them but was getting little response so ended up using the resolver.co.uk website. Through this they have eventually admitted that the parcel was left in an unsafe place and asked for the seller to contact them, he will no longer reply to my messages as he has been paid and obviously knows the system.    So I submitted my not received case to ebay, with a copy of the delivery note and casefile from resolver, this has been rejected as the tracking shows delivered and signed for. Ebay want a headed letter from my hermes or the tracking corrected but my hermes refuse to do either. So I submitted evidence to paypal and they also refused due to the tracking information.    I have now made a direct debit indemnity claim via my bank and have had the purchase money refunded to my account, although it has been pointed out that it is likely that this will be challenged. Is there anything else I can do or try to help my cause?   What makes matters worse is that I had paid extra for royal mail next day before 1pm delivery, the seller then sent out a week later using the my hermes 5 day service. I have recieved this a few times tonight when purchasing items yet on my bank account it states as pending transaction. Does it mean its gone through or does it mean it didnt an dthat it will be refunded to me in the future?   This order wasn't successful. Order cost has not been included in the total amount. The seller hasn't received payment for this order yet.   Kinda worried about it.   Any help would be appreciated ... View more
