I have recieved this a few times tonight when purchasing items yet on my bank account it states as pending transaction.

Does it mean its gone through or does it mean it didnt an dthat it will be refunded to me in the future?

As you are a new buyer ebay will only allow you to bid/buy up to a cetain total value.Once you have a good purchase history they will increase your allowance.

It's designed to stop new members bidding on everything and then not paying as some do exactly that.

Bank transfers to paypal as payments are`nt instant that`s all, it just takes a day or so, but the payment will have been deducted from your balance.
