Click and collect being refused a parcel and not had bar code of ebay so want refund

I sent for some thing through click and collect. My messages said it had been delivered. I did not recive a email that it had been receaved . So I messaged the sellor who sent my a copy of the Royal mail saying a number but no bar code I called at the shop showed they refused and said they could not deal with this with out the bar code

You need the Collection Code from Ebay. Contact them through Help and Contact at the top of the Page. Type in Customer Support. Scroll down to the Phone Link for them to Call you back. Ask them for your Click and Collect Collection Code.
