You can request a call back from the chat but I don't think there is a number for you to call  it's getting harder to talk to a real person nowadays

Here's a link to get a callback that should bypass the automated assistant during opening hours.

Think it's 8am to 10pm weekdays and 9am to 6pm weekends.

There used to be, I have these numbers stored in my phone but haven't tried them in ages so don't know if they still work.

There used to be before the pandemic but direct dial numbers ceased to exist when all operatives started woirking from home.

Now any direct dial numbers are likely to take you to an organisation masquerading as Ebay CS with very high phone charges.

you can write: "call to the agent" in the support chat and Support will call you back on the number that you write

I always have a problem speaking to anyone because for some reason whenever I request a call back the call never comes through to me on my mobile. I don’t have any calls blocked on my phone settings but the calls never comes through through so I always have to use the chat. Not ideal

Have you tried them recently @vintagechinashop  Live Chat has gone ( unless reappeared in last few days!) and it's only a Call Back option now.

On the rare (thankfully) occasion I've had to contact CS they replied within a few minutes.

Perhaps check your Site Prefs >>  Personal Information that your mobile phone details are present and correct?
