Multi-buy discount

I have created a multi-buy discount that works, but only for buyers from eBay UK?

A US customer added 4 items to their basket, but the multi-buy discount didn't get applied.

Did the customer go through to checkout?  I  don't think the multi-buy discount appears on the initial page when the customer clicks 'Buy It Now', it shows as a discount at checkout.

I've had this issue with my UK customers, and the solution has always been to go to checkout.

Yes, just tested by logging my personal account into eBay.com and adding 2 items to the basket. Didn't receive a discount.

If gap shipping. They normally make you send each item separately so possibly ends up as 4 separate transactions

You mean the Global Shipping Program?

I have it enabled but also have policies for all the areas that I send using Royal Mail set, and this buyer was from the USA.

I've tried logging in onto .com and adding a discount there, but it doesn't show any of my listings, so doesn't work.

I can't believe that eBay would only allow business sellers to offer multi-buy discounts to the users of the local site?
