USA GSP Buyer asking for a free item

Hi everyone need some advice.

 

i sold a necklace via gsp to a buyer in the USA - i sent it tracked delivery to the hub in Lichfield which they received and sent on to the USA hub. 

Apparently the USA hub lost it in transit and I got in touch with eBay for business on fb who refunded her and I thought that was the end of it!!

The buyer has since started to blame me for it being lost even though eBay refunded her. She got in touch again on Saturday demanding I send her the same necklace FREE  with free shipping to her home - her words I still would like the item sent again to my address at no charge again for it, and I would like it to be in a safe place this time in my mailbox. Look forward to hearing from you ?..

 

I have never had a buyer demanding another item free of charge. - which I will not be doing anyway. 
Can anyone help as never been in this situation before??

This is just one of those buyers who expect everything for nothing.

 

Nobody can reasonably expect get a refund and then get a free item on top of it.

So as the prior poster said.  Block and forget about it.  It's not even worth answering them, they are not the kind of customer you need.

If eBay have refunded her then your obligation has been filled. You *should* also be protected from bad feedback with it being GPS.

Confused as to what you need help with exactly? Say no. If you have another: Offer to sell them it again if you want. If you dont: tell them it was a one off item and you are unable to replace it.
