UK - Searching Prioritising US Listings

Ive notived while researching pricing for my items that  often US listings are often priortised over UK listings.
So if thats happening to me while searching for pricing, its happening to potential buyers, which for majority of buyers i feel wouldnt buy internetional due to the cost especially for common items like tshirts.
We cant expect potential buyers to filter the search to UK only and i feel nore should they have to, it should be easy for the buyer to see UK listings.
The way it is set up right now effects UK sellers negatively and UK buyers for that matter.

In the dollshouse and doll category I lost the ability to click uk only when searching the category as a whole. They said they were working on it and that was months ago.

i cannot even do a nearest first....

Ebays search engine is called "Cassini" & you won't be wasting any time should you do any research on how it works. It is 'tailoring' your search results from what it knows about your recent history.

Try searching your keywords from a clean browser because "Cassini" is offerring up what it thinks you are most likely to choose.

I searched ebay.co.uk for an item you are selling, viz. "Helly Hansen Helly Tech Black Softshell Rain Coat Mountain Jacket Size Medium"

and the page returned items all from the UK (I could tell by the postage).

Many of the brands you are selling are US (Hansen, Levi, Hilfiger) so I wonder if that has an effect. US sellers might be making more use of Promotion and Free Postage and lower start prices to push themselves up the Search Returns for these items.  I am using Promotion and trying different pricing strategies but I earned a profit of £2.85 on eBay last week.😓
