I've got something positive to say!
New user, registered end of last month orders small but interesting newspaper article, low value but these items are my bread and butter as they say.
Within days get a payment dispute, (my first ever) recipient saying not what they expected, very disappointed. ( I know they don't read descriptions-but it's a newspaper article...)
The dispute fee would have been 4 times the sold value.
Seller protection came through for me. No dispute fee.
I've been moaning a lot recently, and this was another negative running in the background. I'm very pleased at the outcome.
