I never have full funds I should be, (eBay)

I don't know if anyone else is going through the same, but eBay never give me the full funds for what I should be having, despite trying to explain myself over and over, they always have excuses, but it doesn't matter it is in my account and I have every record of each sale of my own proof,  so if it was covered I have enough evidence, I should have had £13.74 for a sale today, I ended up with £5.16? eBay tried to say that delivery was £5 something, I said what for postage on a pair of shoes, but they said it was the bike? Now that is a different sale, even if my postage was £3 for the label I should have been returned £10.74 no matter what, I am sick and tired of being scammed by eBay for not being paid for the correct amount for selling my items, this goes way back, I have no choice to go further

Have you actually gone and looked at the breakdown of the charges?

It will tell you there exactly what you are being charged and why.

Ebay doesn't separate out individual transactions for payment purposes.  They amalgamate funds and costs, so postage for one sale may appear to come out of the sale proceeds for another.

Fair enough, didn't realise that.  Been a long time since I used a private account.

Honestly it never ads up the way it should be, I'm constantly trying to get it resolved through the team but I have excuses, I then make myself clear enough, so much like I'm always ignored and they end up with saying something else, to the point of where I have to switch off, Thank you for your reply and help
