Hello all is anybody else having a problem with click and drop?
Click and drop aren't sending or eBay aren't grabbing the delivery confirmation codes for largest letters.
I've only just noticed this after a load of cases have been opened.
I know the tracking number don't really do much for buyers but it protects my late delivery metric which is going to go through the roof.
I've double checked my setting and disconnected and reintegrated and it's still the same.
I've copy and pasted the numbers yesterday but it took me forever
