The ebay web-site is not loading properly on my computers. I use Firefox as a browser and it is happening with different operating systems from XP to Win8. I have lost access to the usual quick entry to my watch list page and my selling page.   The normal ebay graphics are all jumbled up.   I haven't chqanged any settings on the computers. eBay was working fine on Friday 6 November. Hi, I have today received an E-mail from ebay thanking me for updating my account? problem is I have not done so and in the E-mail it states that if it wasn`t me then I should contact them.  I cannot ever remember having an  E-mail from them before and there`s something about the ebay logo that doesn`t look quite right. I had a problem earlier this year when  someone managed to access my Nectar account and redeem a large amount of points to buy something on ebay and I`m worried now that someone is trying again.  How do I get in touch with ebay and ask them if they`ve sent this E-mail please.   Thanks to all who offer their help. ... Hi.    I have been trying to pay for an item purchased today but ebay keeps telling me that there is a problem to pay this person or persons. I advised the vendor who has told me they are having a problem with ebay &/or Paypal and tebay have advised them to tell me to pay it directly to Paypal using the vendors email address for reference.  Is this safe & would I still be covered by Paypal if the goods don't arrive or if they are scammers ?   Thanks all ... Many adverts for motorhomes appear on e bay with rediculously low prices and the "vendor" requests you leave a mobile number so they can contact you. This of course takes you out of the ebay rules and when you get conned you have no comeback. How on earth do these conmen get on e bay? ... View more

Hi. The items age details were not listed, the detail was hidden. Four tires were deatailed and sold as great condition but they are 14 years old (DOT 06). The seller is dealing with tyres as a business. The fact is the MOT will fail because of the age of the tyres. The seller's duty was to put out all information about the item which he did, except the tyres age. Why? Ofcourse I should ask but I didn't even imagine that somebody will try sell such old tyres. This is just dangerous for the driver and other road users. To get a refund I must send the tires back but I'll not let them go back on sale, they need to be disposed of. I can't send them back and put somebody's life at risk because seller wants to earn money, no matter the consequences. I can't receive a refund in this situation. Ebay has procedures but in this case they are not ethically correct. The seller and ebay have asked me to send the tyres back to receive a refund so in this case I will lose my money, but I'll maybe save somebody's life. I'm not sure if I'm posting in the right area. But I'm not sure what to do. My Minecraft toys are counterfeit, the seller confirmed this saying they are as good as the genuine product.   I opened a case with the resolution center, who expect you to return counterfeit items to get a refund. Goods they know are fake as the seller admit it, and the listing has been taken down.    At first I was unsure it was legal  to return these goods that will just get re-sold in some way, but I must if I want a refund on goods eBay knows are counterfeit, now I cant my printer is broken.
