extra charge from ebay

why the ebay charge me $14.99 for tow minutes talking to ebay help before letting me there is a charge. 

afew days latter , i found out through my bank acount.  i am so upset and angry.

This is UK site, log out & into ebay.com then ask on there.

In UK ebay have freephone number, don't know about USA.

As pixie says, it seems you called the UK helpline instead of the US helpline. That's the only explanation I can think of.  An expensive mistake, and not one you'll be making again, I'm sure!

And you posted about this on the UK site too, when you should be using the forums on the US site.  In future, check the URL in your browser box to make sure you're on ebay.com, not ebay.co.uk.
