Why is it so that no refund is given for 'Not As Described returns' Hermes Home Collection during Covid Restrictions?

If you need home collection for a not as described return and received a standard Royal Mail postage label, you can now use there new collection service - go to Royal Mail's click and drop website and using the tracking number from the label book a collection at a cost of 72p

Please explain? If you do a proper tracked return after opening a Not As Described Case, if tracking shows as delivered back to seller then if they do not refund, then you escalate to ebay who take over.

This applies to any return not just Hermes, although their service at best is very unreliable.

You need to explain what exactly you have done so far, as unless you follow procedure then you won't get a refund.
