Why can't I leave reviews for certain items that have an option for leaving them?

Why can't I leave reviews for certain items that have an option for leaving them? It just keeps saying 'Oops, there is a problem writing reviews, please try again in a few minutes'. Keep refreshing but no joy.

Others I can leave reviews but not certain items.

Go to your own feedback page & use the leave feedback link on there.

Didn't mention feedback at all in the question.

I never give them anyway or take any notice of those given.

Yeah, like I said, 'Why can't I leave reviews for certain items that HAVE an option for leaving them?'
There IS an option for leaving the review but it just keeps saying 'Oops, there is a problem writing reviews, please try again in a few minutes'.

I do understand the message,
but, ebay is full of glitches & the "oops" is a common one.
As I said reviews are not important & doubt ebay will worry about fixing it soon either

Hello, yes, full of glitches. I am trying to find out why there is the glitch and if there was anyone else that gets the glitch.
Reviews are very important as they are a much better way to warn people to NOT buy an item that I wasted my money on. They appear in the listing itself as opposed to having to trawl through loads of feedback and the item bought is often not shown on the feedback.
Reviews are very important. They would not have been brought on to eBay otherwise.
