I'm not sure if I'm posting in the right area. But I'm not sure what to do. My Minecraft toys are counterfeit, the seller confirmed this saying they are as good as the genuine product.
I opened a case with the resolution center, who expect you to return counterfeit items to get a refund. Goods they know are fake as the seller admit it, and the listing has been taken down.
At first I was unsure it was legal to return these goods that will just get re-sold in some way, but I must if I want a refund on goods eBay knows are counterfeit, now I cant my printer is broken. What do I do now?
Unless you have written proof from the manufacturer or brand owner that the item is counterfeit, it has to be returned. If you had such proof, you would normally be asked to destroy the item and provide absolute proof that you'd done so before being refunded.
If you don't have a friend or family member with a printer, or can't get to the library, ignore 'print label', and use the QR option that Ebay supplies. You take the package and the QR code to a Royal Mail depot on the supplied list, and get the label printed there.
Once ebay did not ask for fakes to be returned for the reason you say. It is not allowed to sell fakes on ebay, but as ebay never see them they do not know for sure that they are fakes.
If the listing has been removed then the seller may have been warned and repeating the offence he could be banned permanently
Unless you open case & return item, you won't a refund.
If you pay return postage yourself, seller does not have to refund this cost as they supplied label.
Ask a friend with printer.
