Reporting a seller to ebay

Have reported a seller 3 times now using various methods. This person is using incorrect contact details. How can eBay be forced to take action?

I do not understand why you need to contact this seller! All problems are dealt with through cases which go through ebay and if seller ignores a case then you escalate to ebay, which can haveexpensive consequences for the seller.

Sellers can ignore other members, but they cannot ignore ebay and can risk suspension if they don't deal with a buyers problem.

It would help if you explained the problem better, as unless you deal with a problem using correct method you can run out of time.

I don't know how you've reported them thus far, but you need to use the 'Report' button (there's one on every listing). That's the only way to let the correct department know.

If the seller is a UK business seller, you should also report them to Trading Standards.

You don't say why you need their contact details, but sellers rarely need to be contacted unless they're selling items for collection.  If something's gone wrong with a purchase,  all you have to do is read the Money Back Guarantee and follow instructions. There are links to it on every listing, in various other places across the site, and on your order confirmation.
