Clarification on EU & NI Visibility Without GPSR Details

We currently exclude selling to the EU and NI due to the new GPSR requirements. I’d like to know: if we don’t add the GPSR details to our listings, will our items still be visible to buyers in the EU and NI? Or will eBay automatically hide them?
