Basically sold 2000 pounds worth of technology video games isted all under 1% rule being charged 130 in fees makes no sense thats not even 10%   Cannot find a way step by step to get ebay to call me on this to sort out  final numbers or view online my own selller fees.    They make it so complicated on purpose it seems.   Anyone have any help about getting them to call you or for going over my sellers fees myself .   The mumbers do not add up. ... Hi, I recently posted out an item to a buyer. The delivery was to a local shop and ihad a GSP number which I copied out on the parcel. The buyer said the item had not arrived,  It went Royal Mail small parcel, on the tracking details it said delivery had been attempted but refused and item was being returned to sender. The buyer said the shop knew nothing about it? I did say that I always put my post code and house number on my parcels and hopefully it would find its way back but nothing so far. The buyer is now asking for a full refund including postage. Not sure where I will stand as the delivery was refused which is not my responsibility. Please could anyone advise? many thanks ... eBay glitch?  after a buyer accepts and pays for a one time offer, the item is showing twice in there purchases one as pending payment and one needing paying for, this is only temporary and the second one disappears when the first updates to payment complete, but every customer is emailing me asking to cancel the "second accidental purchase" and I'm fed up of having to explain this temporary glitch, I can only assume it's something todo with ebays managed payment and the time it takes to complete and update the purchase. I have been told that I cannot sell more than £10 due to my PayPal account not being verified. However, under the PayPal account options, where it states 'Verify Your PayPal Account' (and then the PayPal P logo) there is nothing underneath it. No option to 'Become Verified' which I have seen on screen shots of what to do. How do I get around this? There is nothing wrong with my PayPal account, it has been verified for many years and has cards and bank accounts linked to it. The customer service was so bad from eBay I genuinely couldn't believe it. I'm at a loss. It isn't anything to do with my browser as I have tried on multiple internet explorers as well as different devices. I do not even have the paragraph (or bullet points) that I have seen on screen shots below the 'Verify Your PayPal Account'. There is just nothing there. What can I do? ... View more

Dear Community, I dont normally sell & was having a bit of a clear out and I sold a bag as new without tags (which it was) & this was very clearly marked through out the listing.   The buyer has received the item and said there are no tags & she thought it was new with tags, I pointed out that this was her mistake but she still wants to return it.   So do I refund the postage for her to return to me as she has said I should? She is being very slow in returning the item too & she hasnt yet posted it back to me I dont have it back a week later.    So what are the rules as I cant seem to find definative pay this but not that rules   Appreciate any help   Thanks Vegaswench ... Hi all, I am new joiner to the eBay community. I have started selling different products with user accounts and 3 product lines have started selling and delivering. But, at the same time, account got suspended and reinstated that it was a verification. Got an email as risk but talking to the contact center, it was told that it's a verification and reinstated. Again now, selling listings removed and contacted the team by chat. They say again the same thing like risk and cannot tell what's wrong in it. Any idea what the options are for me?   Rgds Pavana ... Looking for any advice please . A buyer with. 1 feedback but appears to know all the dodges on eBay buys expensive boots .then asked for next day postage despite not paying for that is aabusive  when I reply to them . They  arrived quickly for her ,she then told Ebay they were fake and wanted to return them .She wouldn't wait for label returned them almost 1 week later .On opening parcel I see they have been worn and damaged.Ebay put case on hold until 11 Dec wanting info from the buyer then today I discover they have refunded buyer without telling me . So, I wish to sell an item, for a set 'buy it now' price, and at the same time clearly show that there is an additional cost, refunded on return of the buyers old part.   EG.  it's £100, and there is a £60 refundable deposit once you send back (at buyer's cost) the old part.   if I list it at £160 it's extortion, but £60 how much it will probably cost to buy someone else's second hand part to repair and re-sell.    I want it so show as £100, a reasonable price, and at checkout and in the  description make it clear the additional refundable surcharge.     ... Hi   I hope you all are doing well and good. I have account restriction issue and need some advise. My account got restricted because I had few number of cases opened and i received the following. "To appeal this restriction, please review the following guidelines: -- Address any outstanding concerns from buyers who have opened cases against you through eBay or PayPal."   So I have closed all the cases while providing tracking numbers and couple of them refunded and then I appealed. HOwever i received another email   "To help you be a successful seller and ensure a safe experience on eBay, we sometimes restrict selling activity, end active items, or suspend accounts until additional information can be verified or obtained. These actions are not necessarily meant to be a reflection of your account's activity, but rather a preventative measure.
