Dear Community, I dont normally sell & was having a bit of a clear out and I sold a bag as new without tags (which it was) & this was very clearly marked through out the listing.
The buyer has received the item and said there are no tags & she thought it was new with tags, I pointed out that this was her mistake but she still wants to return it.
So do I refund the postage for her to return to me as she has said I should? She is being very slow in returning the item too & she hasnt yet posted it back to me I dont have it back a week later.
So what are the rules as I cant seem to find definative pay this but not that rules
Appreciate any help
Thanks

Sometimes I think Buyers try it on to see if the seller will refund in full and hope buyer returns the item, or that seller will offer a part refund.
It happens, we see on here many sellers who refund first and that is the last they hear from the buyer.
As already said, no return, no refund, and you will only be charged if the return label is used.
If she used a "not as described" reason for the return the seller is expected to issue a paid-for return postage label upfront via the case for the buyer to print out and use.
Obviously if the buyer does not return the item they don't get a refund, the case would eventually expire. If they don't use the label it will not be paid for.
