I have been told that I cannot sell more than £10 due to my PayPal account not being verified. However, under the PayPal account options, where it states 'Verify Your PayPal Account' (and then the PayPal P logo) there is nothing underneath it. No option to 'Become Verified' which I have seen on screen shots of what to do. How do I get around this? There is nothing wrong with my PayPal account, it has been verified for many years and has cards and bank accounts linked to it. The customer service was so bad from eBay I genuinely couldn't believe it. I'm at a loss. It isn't anything to do with my browser as I have tried on multiple internet explorers as well as different devices. I do not even have the paragraph (or bullet points) that I have seen on screen shots below the 'Verify Your PayPal Account'. There is just nothing there. What can I do?

As your Selling account has been unused/dormant for more than a year, and using a PC/Laptop, previous account settings will need to be reset and updated or the account has been blocked for security purposes ...
