Oveercharged Fees from 1% to 10% - Step by step process to get a call from ebay needed & check fees

Basically sold 2000 pounds worth of technology video games isted all under 1% rule being charged 130 in fees makes no sense thats not even 10%

Cannot find a way step by step to get ebay to call me on this to sort out  final numbers or view online my own selller fees. 

They make it so complicated on purpose it seems.

Anyone have any help about getting them to call you or for going over my sellers fees myself .

Go to your invoice and scroll down in both the inner and outer windows to see the itemised fees.

Ebay's invoices are never wrong, so no point in wasting your and their time in contacting them.

Everything you need to know about selling on Ebay, including what Ebay's fees are, is in the Seller Centre (and there is no 1% selling fee or ever has been). You can also find this information in the Help pages with their integral search. Plus, you are advised what the fees will be before you hit the 'Submit with above fees' button when you list.

And if you receive an offer from Ebay, you are supposed to read the offer's T&C's to see exactly what's included and what is not.

So I'm not sure why your bill has come as a surprise to you.

It is really up to you to keep track of what is going on.

No doubt you have listed some items and taken advantage of the £1 Maximum Selling Fees, or other various offers, otherwise fee is 10% on sale price and postage. That would easily explain why your total fees do not come to 10%. However you only quote sales, postage also has to be taken into acount.

Every month you get a detailed invoice, do you just ignore it. All Fees are shown and if the Fee applies to a special offer it is marked PROMO.

At any time you can look at your ACCOUNT (topof pages next to MESSAGES) to see fees not yet invoiced etc.

There is no 1% rule, where did you get this idea.

EBay never make mistakes with Seller Fees. They charge 10% on the Sale and 10% on the Postage. Plus any Upgrades you may use. You can check your Invoice from the Account Drop Down Tab. See Seller Account  >> Seller Invoice.
