eBay glitch? When buyers accept a one time offer and pay, item shows twice in there purchases

eBay glitch? 
after a buyer accepts and pays for a one time offer, the item is showing twice in there purchases one as pending payment and one needing paying for, this is only temporary and the second one disappears when the first updates to payment complete, but every customer is emailing me asking to cancel the "second accidental purchase" and I'm fed up of having to explain this temporary glitch, I can only assume it's something todo with ebays managed payment and the time it takes to complete and update the purchase. Is anyone else having this issue ?

I don't know why it would show as 2 items.

But as you are now on Managed payments, when buyers pay it shows as pending for about 2 minutes, then goes through as used to when sellers got paid into paypal.

Yeah but for those 2 mins it appears as two separate items one as payment pending and one unpaid. When the payment is complete the unpaid one disappears and the pending one says complete, I only know this as a purchased from another seller and saw it for myself, it confused me for a minute. But the amount of buyers messaging me thinking they have accidentally purchased an item twice is becoming time consuming.
