Hi Community, I sold an item 4 weeks ago, and the buyer is now claimng that it arrived with a manufacturer's fault. I sent photographs that clearly showed there is no fault and the part he claims to be missing, is clearly shown in the original listing. When I challenged them on this, they then suggested that it may have been damaged in transit. I feel this is impossible due to the packaging it was in, and really believe that they have used the item, broken it, and are now chancing it with a return request. It seems very off to me, and eBay have, I think, automatically sided with the buyer. Is there a way for me to dispute this, has anyone experienced similar?
