Just cancelled a sale but ebay have only credited my fee on postage and not the FFV!

Seller asked to cancel. I selected Cancel Order and it all completed fine.

 But ebay have only credited my fee on postage and not the final value fee!!!???!!!

Actually it's just appeared -- took 5 hours!!! Weird...................
