Struggling to get categories down left hand side of listings .can anyone help,please

Can anyone help with categories ..can’t get them down left hand side of eBay selling pages ..thanks

What device are you using...? I'm currently on my laptop and everything's working fine.

And what browser are you using...? If IE, note that it's no longer compatible with Ebay or any other website. I use Firefox, others seem happy with Chrome and Edge.

If you're using the glitchy app, switch to desktop.
