Can I cancel transaction after sale and postage as buyer doesn’t want it?

Sold carpet runner, paid, posted and delivered.  Buyer doesn't want it as she said it's in a terrible condition which I honestly didn't notice.  She doesn't  have a car, it weighs a tonne so she can't return.  Can I cancel transaction, get my fees back then refund her? Thank you.

Just to add that you won't get your PayPal fees refunded. PayPal no longer refund any part of them, so best to ensure that you check and accurately describe your items in future.  I'm really struggling to understand, though, how you could not have noticed that a carpet runner you've owned and used yourself was in such terrible condition.

Ask the buyer to open a not as described case, you should then get the option to refund in full straight away and you'll get a refund of your ebay seller fee.
