Can I cancel transaction after sale and postage as buyer doesn’t want it?

Sold carpet runner, paid, posted and delivered.  Buyer doesn't want it as she said it's in a terrible condition which I honestly didn't notice.  She doesn't  have a car, it weighs a tonne so she can't return.  Can I cancel transaction, get my fees back then refund her? Thank you.

Ask the buyer to open a not as described case, you should then get the option to refund in full straight away and you'll get a refund of your ebay seller fee.
