Ive had a lot of interest in a dress I listed from Zara, lots of low bods and a couple of purchases but no payments made. The accounts are really legitimate with full addresses and recent positive feedback. im not sure what the benift is to do this and why it is happening on one specific item? I posted an item via Royal Mail Collection. Now it’s been collected ebay won’t let me enter the tracking number. I’ve seen this problem but with people who are returning and using ebay prepaid labels. But I purchased the collection separately via Click & Drop. The message i get from eBay is “one or more tracking number (s) in the request already exists either for a different buyer or for a different seller”. I did send the tracking to the buyer before it was collected and scanned, i dont want to assume anything but could they have tampered with it? ... View more

Hi everyone,    I am selling on eBay Uk to only Uk Buyers and since Jan 1st, everytime a buyer puchase from me, VAT are added to the order.    I am a Solo Trader, without VAT registration...   eBay said to me that this is a major problem for several sellers, but i don't see any post about that.   Does anyone knows if there is any progress on this issue ?    I can not sell since a week now...    Thanks for your answers guys.  ... Hello, ebay have asked me to provide proof of postage for items i have sold and that have not arrived - this is my appeal i have due to delays with royal mail and covid.   I only use Bulk proof of postage certificates downloaded directly from royal mails website -  i  write each individual item down Name, Address, postal service used so in most cases first class stamp - the post office then checks these as the apply the stamps - they then sign - date and stamp the bottom of the certificate to confirm they have been posted.   Ebay are now saying that they dont accept these? That i need to have each individual printed proof of postage for each item sent.   This is impossible i can send upto 100 items a day and just dont have the time to do this nor do i expect the post office to find time at the moment..   Any help would be great. ... Buyer bought me a bouncy castle, came to collect it because was heavy and expensive to postage so after two week she opened a case saying a false claim that the item was broken because she couldn't inflate when I have inflated before and took a picture for the listing on eBay, so I told the buyer bring the item as you collected and I will refund the money, so she said; I am not going to Gayle it back if not you have to send me the postage label    si now eBay is forcing me to send a label when I never posted if not was a collection  i need some help pls  ... Hello eBay community.   I have listed an item for sale. One bid has been placed on the item but I have already accepted an offer from another eBayer. Can I close the auction early and send and invoice with the accepted offer to the eBayer? I am a bit worried about how much the fees will be if I do this. How can I end the auction early without having to pay additional selling fees? I can't add a best offer now and if I cancel eBay may still charge a selling fee? I could cancel and relist with a best offer but may end up paying double charges.   Can somebody help?       ... View more
