Combining orders to same customer

The option to combine orders bought by the same buyer isnt highlighted/letting me click to combine when there are multiple purchases by the same buyer.

You can only reduce P&P, some of your items are Freepost, so you can't reduce that.

Go to 1 item in sold list, click send payment details, alter P&P, do not reset, click preview, check & send.
