VAT Problem on Uk account with Uk Buyers

Hi everyone, 

I am selling on eBay Uk to only Uk Buyers and since Jan 1st, everytime a buyer puchase from me, VAT are added to the order. 

I am a Solo Trader, without VAT registration...

eBay said to me that this is a major problem for several sellers, but i don't see any post about that.

Does anyone knows if there is any progress on this issue ? 

I can not sell since a week now...

You say that you're selling UK to UK only, but  I see that the last item you received feedback for was shipped to the buyer from Hong Kong.  That would make it an import. VAT is due on imports, and VAT on imports of goods valued at under £135 has to be collected at POS now, rather than when the goods enter the country. This was set up in 2016, for implementation on the 1st January 2021.

Are you in Hong Kong or in the UK...?
