I cancelled the purchase, re-listed and sold the item 2 days later. In the help section it says there is a case open, but when I try and get more details it says unavailable. i have received my monthly bill and I have 2 final value fees, one for the cancelled purchase and the other for the correct purchase. how do I get my money back for the Nigerian cancelled sale? jim

Hi folks, It's my first time selling so eBay is currently holding payment. Royal Mail confirmed item arrived last week (tracked and signed for) and customer has also confirmed this, but eBay hasn't updated the tracking info. I've checked the tracking number and it's definitely correct. Who do I contact for the data to update on this end?

I am selling a pair of trainers at £29.99 & £2.95 postage. I have received an offer of £24.99 and free postage. I have messaged back to say I will accept but how do I change my listing so that she pays the lesser a\mount as I have tried to revise the item but it wont let me change either the price or the postage costs. Can anyone tell me how to do it? Thank you

Hi, I have around 100 N95 reusable face masks at home, they were very expensive for me and I intended to dell them on without making much profit. however I tried putting them on eBay and it doesn't allow because I'm overcharging, but I don't think I'm overcharging because I am not making much profit on it and it will be a great monetary loss for me if I can't sell it. and loads of people need them so I would think you should let people who aren't overcharging sell them for a reasonable price. Hi PayPal reversed a desision in my favour and said that they would reimburse the money that had taken. They said that the reimbursement was put in my account 16/04/20 I've looked at my transaction summary and there is nothing anywhere from PayPal My question is do reimbursements from PayPal show on the transaction summary or does the money just go back into the account with no record of it happening? Thanks 🙂

I have listed and sold an item under a final value fee offer (£1) and the buyer now wants to cancel the purchase can I relist and get the same final value fee offer or will the relisted item revert to standard fees ? Cheers

Recently this has happened couple of times to me. We ALL know in an auction bidders will invariably dive in during last minute or so of an auction so the note time listing is ending and go online accordingly. In my instances e bay co.uk only ended the listing 12 minutes early but that is enough to basically ruin the sale for me. Worse still potential bidders may think I have ended the listing early so deem me a bad e bayer. Needless to say e bay deny ending listings early!

I accept returns on my listings due to my description, sizes and measurements in photos, but in a recent sale the item was returned as does't fit. I would like to know for future reference if doesn't fit is the same as faulty and not as described and I as a seller has to pay return postage. Ebay have automatically relisted it and this is a concern to me now. Thank you for any help.

I am unable to contact eBay or packlink with a problem. I have sold an item and on going to buy postage I am getting the message order not found.

It is not clear what the process was to become an Authorised, Approved or even an Authorized Seller, as there is no apparent documented reference and it appears to be a recent invention by eBay management, in an attempt to control sellers who are exploiting the present situation. As a business seller with fifteen years activity on eBay, the Face visors I have been offering for 99p have been removed for ‘Price Gouging’ which is ridiculous, in the light of significant positive feedback for the product. The unlawful anti-competitive and abuse of dominant position behaviour exhibited by eBay has been reported to the Competition and Markets Authority, who should take them to task for illegal activity.
