to give deliveries more time, change your dispatch time from 3 days to 10, even if you post next day, this allows more time for it to arrive and stops buyers opening not received disputes to early, because they have to wait for the estimated delivery date to pass.

it might be worth sending recorded/tracked , for say anything over a tenner, because tracked items and recorded delivery items are getting priority and are delivered faster, i`ve been amazed how fast stuff has been arriving to myself the last 2 weeks, because where i can, i`ve paid the extra for tracked delivery 🙂

just looking at your listings, be careful to charge/use the correct delivery method, dependant on the items value.

Why are you refunding? And how are you refunding? We need to know a few more details....

you are also breaking several rules....

private sellers cannot use stock photos, DO NOT have offers, you are an unregistered business seller and selling illegally on eBay , so best to upgrade your account ASAP and before Trading Standards come knocking on your door...

you are also NOT allowed to add your contact details within the listing!
