are you saying you have mis described them?

if so, adding a note won't help,

you need to cancel the bid, end the listing and relist with the correct description

you will be charged 10 % of the cancelled bid to do this

You cannot alter any details now you have a bid.

Expensive mistake to make , if you cancel the bid to relist the item correctly,  you will still pay a seller fee on that bid,  the full amount may not be yet showing

I believe a mesage can be added,  but you cannot be sure this will be read by buyers,  also the person who has already bid,  this would still allow them to open a case for item not as described.

All you can do is add to the description, BUT it is below the original description and is most unlikely to be read, by present bidder or any future bidders.

To avoid Not As Described Case which could prove expensive for you the best option is to end, edit and relist. As already said you will be charged a 10% fee for ending early.
