Buyer cancellation and relisting, still under final value fee offer?

I have listed and sold an item under a final value fee offer (£1) and the buyer now wants to cancel the purchase can I relist and get the same final value fee offer or will the relisted item revert to standard fees ?

You need to cancel stating buyer wishes to cancel.

If you relist before 12.00pm tonight, will still qualify for £1 promotion.
