Can someone tell me how do I get in touch with eBay as the problem I have us not listed.

I am unable to contact eBay or packlink with a problem.  I have sold an item and on going to buy postage I am getting the message order not found.

you don't have to buy postage through eBay...you can buy direct from the courier...but make sure you send in the correct category for compensation AND make sure items are not on their prohibited /compensation list...
