Hi there i have a few questions:   Label Printer: I want to buy a label printer to print of labels from eBay however im unsure which ones are compatible with eBay. Would anyone know or recommend any label printers that are compatible with eBay and print?   Selling limits: I have recently hit a selling limit on my account. It did increase however i have now hit that limit and it wont allow me to increase it. Or better the question is, how to do it, to have set the domestic shipping for offering the product for czech republic. (thats country, if anyone wouldnt know). Hi   Never used Royal Mail for sending parcels, but, was going to give them a try. Asked at local post office for a price list the lady went and spoke to a chap they both kept looking at me then the chap asked what my problem was and why I wanted a list I explained I was going to be sending a few parcels so needed to know prices sizes etc, he sarcastically asked couldn't I use a computer to Google such information! I then enquired about free proof of delivery he told me as posties didn't always mark the item as delivered this was no longer an option and tracking commanded an additional cost.    I would be grateful if someone can confirm this or if it is still an option how/where would I print a lable (I have a printer) or can it be hand written or printed through ebay and get a delivery number please.   Many thanks in anticipation ... I sold an item on the 9th of May, posted it on the 11th of may 2nd signed for as it went for just over £42, I marked it as posted on the 12th with tracking number, it was attemted to be delivered on the 14th of May but the buyer wasn't in so it was taken to their local depot that day and was ready for collection or redelivery but they never did either as I checked on Royal Mail Track & Trace. It got sent back on Monday15th of June as it had been over 28 days since it had been at the depot and I got it back today 17th of June, what do I do now do I need to contact the buyer and offer refund or offer to redeliver it or leave it and see if they contact me. ... Help needed please.  I sold a low value (£1) item and the buyer didn't pay despite me sending 2 invoices.  I opened a case against them and they then paid.  I packaged the item extremely well and sent it off.  They have now requested a return stating that the envelope was damaged when received (they have sent 2 photos) and they are refusing to open it.  But the item was wrapped in loads of bubble wrap so I'm fairly sure it will be fine.  I have messaged them asking them to open it and check but they won't answer me.  I think they changed their mind about the item but didn't want a strike against their name so paid for it and are now demanding a refund.  I don't accept returns generally as all my items are low value and returns are inappropriate (lots of makeup).  Surely this isn't fair?  I know it's only £1 (plus p&p of £3.30) but it's the principle, they are going to keep a perfect item as well as get a refund aren't they?  It's not worth it to pay the return postage is it?  I'm really upset!!!  Do I have to give them the refund? ... I would like to know how to remove product rating from my listing. I have noticed that the reviews promote a rather negative, unjustified, view of the item, although the reviewer is not necessarily reviewing the same product. Most annoying is that other member listings for the same product do not have the product rating included, which I think puts my listing at a disadvantage. I am new to Ebay, however I have just sold 3 books.   All 3 are showing as 'awaiting payment' from the buyers, and below Ebay states that the money will not be paid into my account for 21 days (until 7 July). The books have been bought by 2 different people.   On further investigation, the items say that payment has been 'initiated.' On other forums, it has been suggested that it is because my PayPal account is not linked. I double checked - I have an email linked to my PayPal account, but this is different to the one linked to each item. Does this matter, and can this be changed? For some reason, a really old email address is linked to the sold items, which I no longer have access to.   Should I post the items, and assume the payment initiation is linked to the 21day waiting period for new accounts, or cancel each of the sales, assuming this is a problem with an invalid email address?   Any help gratefull appreciated - TIA ... Hi My buyers are not able to pay through the PayPal facility.  It says that this is not avilable, but it is my preferred method of payment.  I have run out of ideas.  I can't find out why they are not able to pay and I have spent hours on this today to try and find a solution.  There is no clues on the help forum or PayPal help section either.  And, of course due to Covid, there is no one manning the phones.
