Why is ebay not allowing my payments on paypal please?

Hi

My buyers are not able to pay through the PayPal facility.  It says that this is not avilable, but it is my preferred method of payment.  I have run out of ideas.  I can't find out why they are not able to pay and I have spent hours on this today to try and find a solution.  There is no clues on the help forum or PayPal help section either.  And, of course due to Covid, there is no one manning the phones.

Any help to resolve this would be gratefully apprecated.

you need to check what email address you used for payment when you created the listings

click on sell similar and scroll to the payment section

then log into your paypal account and add that email address to your paypal profile

It looks like I have already used that email address for my paypal then set up another one for ebay. Is there any way I can combine the two e-mail addressed to the one account?

you need to make sure the email address you have used when creating the listing is on the paypal account that you want the payment to go to, you can have up to 8 email addresses attached to one paypal account
