Hi when it comes to sports membrobilia, what happens when you take a home photo of the shirt, not a stock photo, and when they recieve the item the say that they were expecting a different version. I.e more tags, or a specific marking etc. Even though you took a clear image of the item you had

Is this the same buyer who, in your previous post wants a refund because they have found another much cheaper than yours?

As it is the same item that buyer wanted to return before as they had found another cheaper, I would refuse to just roll over if they open a case. dispute it and draw Ebays attention to their original request, where they were not claiming it was not as described.

If item was new, most would expect tags to be still on.

all you can do, is take good photos, covering all aspects of what your selling and give acurate measurements/sizes.
As the saying goes, don`t give anyone reason to complain in the first place, but at the end of the day, buyers will find some reason to return an item, even if they have to make it up, so selling anything, much less clothes is a minefield at the best of times 🙂

Should I take it to a dispute then, the funds are avaliable now aswell

it`s upto the buyer to open a return. if they do, you`ll need to supply and pay for a return label, if they say not as described. if they open a change of mind return, they pay.
once it`s returned, simply refund and relist if you wish, but at this point, i`d wait for the buyer to make a move first.
