eBay won’t let me withdraw my money! Says I have £0

I've sold on eBay before but this new system has really confused me. I've made some sales and they've been delivered but eBay won't let me withdraw any of it and says that I have £0 to withdraw I've tired loads of suggestions and contacting but nothing works please help! I've attached some images.

You will still be classed as a new seller and your payments are probably on hold for a max of 30 days.

Have you any tracking to show delivery of this item?  Have you entered those numbers where you marked the item as dispatched.

Once it shows delivery,  your payout will show as ' Available',  in your Payment Summary,  tab at the top of your eBay homepage.

Once it's Available proceed this way:

Click on Payments >>  Summary then any payout available for immediate withdrawal,  is available for you, in a big blue banner.

Click on the  >  arrow,   top right you may need to log in again, or even verify your account by receiving a text or email code.

Your eBay  balance will show at the top, cliick on withdraw bottom right.

On the pop up screen which appears, at the top,  there's a large,  bolder £ sign, and flashing sign beside it.  There,  you add the amount you wish to withdraw. At the bottom.... Send £*** Now click on this.

A notification appears... Your Money is on its Way.  Click on this and then on Done.

Money is then sent to your nominated bank account and it will depend on your banks processing times,  as to when you are able to withdraw the money.  Some banks are faster than others.

Your funds are still being held, that's why your balance is showing as 0. If you click on the "On hold" tab in your payments section, you can see what funds are being held and why and when roughly they will be released. Please note that normally, funds are available within 72 hours of order delivery,

Once they are available, they will show in your eBay balance and you will have the option to withdraw if you wish. For furthere information, you can see our Payments on hold page.
