I have been with eBay for two decades now and never have I had trouble like now. Winning bidders don't pay some say ebay not allowing them to pay others ignore my messages. I am loosing sales and fed up of the hassle that once was a fun site to sell unwanted items on. Why has the ability to send invoices been taken away from sellers? Why is VAT being charged on preloved items? there is no VAT on secondhand goods. I only use the post office so I'm not interested in drop off points that are miles away from me. Why can't I speak to a human at eBay?
