eBay Failing to Add VAT to sales made to UK by non-UK Sellers

I have documented examples of eBay's systems failing to add VAT to goods sold by non-UK sellers to UK customers.  This is a breach of the 1994 VAT Act provisions as amended in 2021 which obligates an online market place to charge and collect VAT on sales of goods to UK consumers made by sellers not established in the UK.  I would be happy to share this with eBay otherwise I shall be sharing it with HMRC.  If anyone has similar examples please let me know.
