New seller fees

Have eBay suddenly slipped into the "Labour Party" mind set ?Backdoor taxes Etc.Only get paid on delivery and you think that helps protect sellers.Ebay have cooked up some really " bonkers " ideas, but this one takes the biscuit ( your money )
