Flat Fee 0.75 + these percents of upto £4,0004% of £300 = £12.002% of £3700 = £74.00A total cap of £86.75 buyers fee. And it isn't affecting sellers at all, because its free to sell on ebay. ....is the picture we are supposed to be seeing.
