As anyone actually applied for and used the offers that keep popping up
eBay?I keep getting them to my private account, so wanted to know if
Private Sellers can apply or if you have to be or it forces you to be a
business seller?
Printed off labels, went to post office only to find out four out of 11
parcels were scanned as large letter.I can not find anyway to correct
