Where Is The Mythical WITHDRAW button ???????????????????????????????????????????????

In Payments it says go to Payment tab and press WITHDRAW. I have been looking for two hours  I can't find the WITHDRAW button.

I tried ringing and it took about 5 goes to get my birthdate in !!!! It then couldn't understand the word "Withdraw" for the topic and after it tried about 4 times it gave up and closed my call. Thanks eBay, do you programmers ever test out your software ??????

It used to be so easy, Put an item for sale, get the bids, deal with the buyer, arrange pick up, get paid and money in the bank. Easy. Obviously this worked and so it was changed to something that has nearly put me in the lunatic asylum. If it works why break it ????

You should get this - as above but with any available or pending balance.

Click on the arrow.

Enter the amount you want to withdraw.

Click on withdraw.
